You haven't seen Shaun of the Dead? It's the only zombie movie I've watched that I can say I legitimately LIKE. It's quite funny. Give it a go when you get the chance.

What's Colorado Springs like? My only association is that religious group, Focus on the Family...is there a lotta Jesus goin' on? I imagine there's a vairiet of people like anywhere else, but wondered how you liked the place in general, what the vibe is like out there, so to speak.

It's a military town for the most part. Politically conservative. It's nice and quiet and a lot nicer than where I've lived before, or so to speak.
